Inspira, a healthcare system in Southern New Jersey, faced the challenge of recovering revenue lost during the pandemic. They encountered reluctance as people postponed non-emergent procedures. Our research revealed some common fears among those individuals. They were apprehensive about pain, extended recovery time impacting work, and post surgical scarring. Our solution was a fun spot featuring a rugged biker gang developed to address those concerns promising reduced pain, quicker recovery, and improved aesthetic results, aiming to encourage more patients to opt for elective surgeries.
