Defy has been working with AmeriGas, the nation’s largest propane provider, for years to promote the company’s stable of residential commercial products and services.
Historically, our work has been focused on the consumer, or AmeriGas’ resale partners. This time around, AmeriGas asked for support for their sales team.
AmeriGas sought a solution that would provide sales team members “turn-key” assets featuring consistent messaging in order to increase efficiency, eliminate inconsistencies, and turn more prospects into customers.
To meet this need, Defy developed 20 30-second videos, each of which helped make the case for a specific AmeriGas solution.
We began by interviewing AmeriGas’ subject matter experts. Those conversations armed us with the insights, tactics, and talking points we needed to engage the audience.
Next, we developed a branded visual system incorporating isometric design elements and applied it across all 20 videos. The result was a cohesive, compelling suite of assets that dramatically simplified AmeriGas’ sales process, increasing efficiency and reducing the sales timeline.
