Senior Digital Media Strategist

Responsibilities & Deliverables for Success:

  • Become an expert with media trading platforms and analytics across multiple digital channels—including display (banner ads), mobile (smartphone, tablet), online video (Hulu, YouTube) and Connected TV among others
  • Launch, execute and actively optimize campaigns for assigned clients, including all aspects of campaign setup. Measure performance and provide campaign guidance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and guidance around campaign design and innovation
  • Contribute to opportunistic, monthly and annual client insights and strategy reports; contribute to all aspects of ongoing program analysis
  • Manage one or more Digital Media Strategist(s)
  • Work with the Client Service team to understand client goals, provide subject matter expertise, and communicate powerful campaign insights
  • Cross-train Media teammates as they join the team or as we add new platforms to our marketing toolbox
  • Share best practices across teams

Skills and Experience Necessary:

  • 3-5 years of full-time digital optimization experience (Google AdWords/TruView, DSP Trading, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 internships in marketing/advertising organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
  • Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communications
