About the role

OneMagnify is a fast-paced, collaborative company. Our ideal candidate would be responsible for:

  • Working with and leading agency team in developing creative work for a range of clients
  • Developing creative briefs, schedules, and ensuring all work is on strategy and budget
  • Evaluating and monitoring effectiveness of developed programs
  • Serving as a cross-office agency client information resource
  • Managing project budgets and keeping client / agency informed on any issues
  • Developing insightful communication plans and proposing
  • Presenting creative work to clients
  • Leading client calls and managing relationships within the client’s organization
  • Motivating and leading (by example) other agency team members
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, developments, and opportunities


About your experience

  • 5+ years of agency or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
