SEM Specialist
Develop and manage paid media campaigns that meet objectives and business goals. This person will lead SEM efforts for assigned accounts, must have hands-on experience managing a high volume of business and work well within a team environment. Experience with higher ed and healthcare campaigns a plus.
Position requirements
Deep, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Microsoft Ad Center buying platforms. Google Certifications, knowledge of Looker Studio, Funnel, other dashboards, analytics, research and buying tools, and agency experience a plus
3-5 years paid search experience – excellence in keyword research, writing compelling ad copy, optimization techniques and bid management
Ability to independently run a high volume of paid digital media campaigns: planning, daily management/optimization, regular audits, billing, analysis, invoice resolution
Ability to develop integrated digital plans that include paid search, display advertising, mobile, in-app and streaming audio and video
Strong communication and management skills, ability to prioritize and delegate workflow
Maintains knowledge of best practices – implements and trains the team and shares knowledge throughout the agency
Excellent communication and presentation skills; must work well in a team environment
Day-to-day management of digital tactics— we are a hands-on digital group, and do not rely solely on publisher reps for performance analysis and campaign pacing
