A3 media is looking for the right person to fill the following role.

Prior agency experience is a plus but not necessary.

The role involves answering incoming calls, being proficient with Microsoft 365, have solid typing skills, a good phone manner and nice disposition with co-workers.

In addition, the role needs a good grasp of math, processing traffic reconciliations via Strata and manually with full accounting reconciliations on the Advantage Software system.

Willing to train on Strata and Advantage if there is no prior experience with either of these systems but experience using other accounting systems similar to these is a prerequisite.

We’re looking for folks who enjoy working in a boutique shop with a family like environment and have good people skills. Genuine, friendly and conscientious.

Must be a self-starter, sincere, take instructions well, with a true willingness to work.
