Production Designer

  • Responsible for the accuracy and precision of all the work that leaves the creative department
  • Pick up approved campaign concepts and execute additional deliverables for media buy; as well as department-approved concepts / ideas / brand guidelines to layout or resize
  • Own certain appropriate projects from concept through production
  • Perform under pressure with tight turnarounds and last-minute edits
  • Demonstrate eye for design, good taste and judgment
  • Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Prepare files accurately and efficiently for vendors
  • Take ownership of the proofing process
  • Attend press checks
  • Source solutions that help out-of-the-box ideas come to life
  • Create specs for projects (paper, size, printing techniques, binding, etc) and work with vendors to bid projects
  • Ensure that concepts can be executed on-time and on-budget
  • Meticulous file management and record keeping.
