Finch Brands is seeking a passionate and intelligent team player looking for an entrée into the world of branding and marketing through the role of Operations and Account Coordinator. This is a visible and fast-paced position requiring strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter entrepreneurial mindset to get stuff done, detail-orientation and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This person will also support the brand strategy and marketing team in areas related to account service. In this aspect of the role you will gain significant exposure to how agencies work, including a deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing research, and the creative process. As such, it is a great developmental role for someone looking to establish and further their career in branding.  A strong performer in this role will be able to earn the opportunity to expand his/her responsibilities, growing into ownership of some account and strategy work to gain new experience, practice branding concepts, and contribute to overall agency work product.

This position requires 1-2 years of experience and is ideal for someone with general office management experience and who is a strong and clear communicator.
