Marketing Campaign Manager (Eloqua required)

12 month contract, Radnor PA

As the Campaign Manager, you will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for assigned area(s). You will also act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. You will serve as a resource in coordinating the-end-to-end delivery of best in class marketing campaigns for the Distribution business line and may collaborate with internal stakeholders which include but is not limited to marketing partners, creative services, data and analytics and strategic business partners.

Marketing Campaigns

Provides consultation and analysis on the design, build, execution and analysis of digital marketing, lead and demand generation and nurturing marketing campaigns Monitors campaigns performance and delivery throughout the life of the campaign, and assists in the development of best practices/solutions to improve campaign processes and define metrics to measure process effectiveness Conducts progressively more complex campaign testing including but not limited to A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy to continually improve campaign effectiveness Serves as a resource for testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure marketing automation programs are functioning as expected Collaborates with internal stakeholders including marketing managers and strategic business partners to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers and retain clients

Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects Remains current in profession and industry trends Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by:  – Making suggestions for improvement – Learning new skills, procedures and processes
