Manager, Office & Administrative Services

CDM in Princeton NJ is looking for a responsive, get-it-done office and administrative services manager. You are essentially the “go-to” for all office-related issues. No job is too big, and no day is ever the same. This person will work closely with the receptionist/Team Support Manager to ensure that the office runs efficiently and as smoothly as possible. You will wear many hats and shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. If this is you, we’re eager to learn more about you and share more about ourselves.


What you will generally do:

  • Maintain neat and organized presence of office space
  • Point person for all new hire set-ups/on-boarding
  • Inventory and supply management
  • Processing invoices and POs
  • Provide minor IT assistance when needed:  maintain printers, setting up workstations
  • Office maintenance: fixture hanging, minor painting, replacing light bulbs etc.
  • Maintain off-site storage records and retrieve boxes when necessary for multiple sister agencies
  • Building Property Management Liaison:  scheduling maintenance, office construction
  • Supervise Team Support Manager
  • Maintain facilities budget established by Finance Director


Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years professional experience in an office management/facilities specialist position (required)
  • Must have hands-on IT/trouble-shooting experience
  • Customer-service driven
  • Can lift at least 50 lbs
