Suburban Philly ad agency seeking organized, ambitious, marketer for position to help manage digital and social media initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small digital team
  • Maintain and update content for client websites and social platforms
  • Manage website development projects, including estimates, timelines, coordination among internal teams and CMS training with clients
  • Planning, placement, optimization and reporting on paid advertising campaigns
  • Compiling and analyzing data to provide insight on key performance indicators, including A/B testing of ads and/or landing pages
  • Manage client email marketing, including customer databases and deployments
  • Google Analytics, tag management, goal creation, acquisition/behavior/conversion reports and user experience recommendations
  • Proactively stay current on digital media trends and identify new opportunities
  • Champion digital best practices and KPIs

 

 

Position Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of working digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing people
  • Google Analytics and/or AdWords Certified
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and/or similar content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and/or Programmatic DSP campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven reasoning and knowledge of web analytics and media measurement tools
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
