You will also serve as part of the leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer. You will lead the creative staff on a daily basis and we will expect you to be an experienced digital leader for our creatives, the agency and our clients.

You need to be a design-driven and strategic thinker who will bring original ideas and an organized approach to each project – ensuring our internal team has unified approach to solving the client’s problem.

Must be digital native who understand how smart UX and design can impact a client’s business. In this role, we’ll trust you to work through very complex stakeholder management scenarios to convey ideas through all stages of the creative process.

Key Points for the Role:
• Expectation is to lead creatives and help sell in new digital work as creative expert aligned with CEO
• Minimum of 12 years of digital design & strategy experience
• Manage, mentor and grow creative staff’s digital capabilities and offerings
• Not moving pixels or designing but, overseeing design thinking, strategy, team execution & clients from a creative standpoint
• Sr. Leadership position in agency with expectation to “own the room” with clients on the creative vision and seamless execution of projects
• Must have experience managing digital creative teams and “Digital” first mindset
• Digital Agency leadership experience on B2B and Consumer brands
• Strong personality, Accountable, Leader, Driver, Listener

We are looking for a Creative Leader with the following:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Digital/UX design role in an agency or large innovative brand setting with firsthand experience designing and producing work for “digital first” clients

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in leading a creative team in an agency or large innovative brand setting

• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage internal creative staff, mentor and grow the team and the digital offerings of the agency

• The ability to receive and interpret creative and project briefs, problem solve and present ideas creatively and effectively internally and to C-level clients

• A deep understanding of current digital design and UX/UI design and digital delivery best practices

• Thorough understanding of the design process, project management principles, managing client relationships, and pre-sales activities

• Proven experience working closely with developers and producers in seeing complicated jobs through to completion

• Strong portfolio of work and stories on how your design leadership impacted the client’s business
