Haven Media and Marketing, located in Haddon Heights, NJ, is a full service marketing firm
that specializes in digital and social services, website design and development, branding,
media buying, video production, strategic planning, and creative design.

We are looking for a full-time Digital Account Director who is an experienced professional to lead digital initiatives to drive exceptional results for clients.

The Digital Account Director (1) will spearhead initiatives from ideation, to creation, to execution, (2) work with the new business development team and existing clients to present agencies digital capabilities, (3) put together proposals and report on results, (4) analyze metrics in order to recommend adjustments to initiatives and campaigns accordingly for the benefit of our clients, (5) be responsible for guiding and training staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES for a Digital Account Director:
*Support day-to-day client interactions, focusing heavily on building trust, demonstrating
expertise and growing client relationships.
*Communicate with Account Supervisors to understand client expectations and goals.
*Responsible for new business development.
*Create and present to staff on best practices, manage and train the team.
*Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices.
*Oversee client websites and analytics.
*Manage digital project timelines.
*Anticipate sales performance trends, analyze key metrics.
*Oversee day-to-day campaign management including alert monitoring, keyword research, optimization implementation, on-page recommendations/testing and performance analysis.
*Prepare and deliver presentations to clients outlining campaign successes and proposing opportunities for growth.

REQUIREMENTS for a Digital Account Director:
*Bachelor’s Degree.
*5+ years’ experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing and advertising.
*5+ years’ experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, PPC, retargeting email and database marketing and social media.
*Experience managing content on websites, landing pages, microsites, blogs and social sites.
*Google AdWords & Analytic certified a plus.
*SEM Rush experience a plus.
*Understanding of a wide range of platforms including Google Ads, Search Console,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. *A passion for online marketing coupled with an appreciation for your role & the bigger picture of brand strategy.
*Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO.
*Team player.
*Good time-management skills.
*Great interpersonal and communication skills.
*Experience in a media or agency setting a plus.
