SCG Advertising and Public Relations, a national full-service agency with 50+ years of industry experience, is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Professional in our Haddonfield, NJ location.

Are you an experienced Advertising, Recruitment, Marketing or PR sales professional in the Philadelphia area looking for a new opportunity that provides FULL BENEFITS after 90 days, a base salary to start then transition to full commission with unlimited potential?

As a New Business Development Professional you will:


  • Work with agency Business Development team to implement corporate sales objectives.


  • Aggressively prospect and generate new business by developing and cultivating relationships with local and national companies.
  • Generate qualified leads and meetings through daily outbound calls, mailers, Linkedin and various internet prospecting methods.
  • Achieve a monthly quota of qualified sales opportunities and maintain a target list of new business.


  • Manage your new business pipeline and keep database current. (SharpSpring CRM)

We are looking for someone with:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred). Current contacts in the HR, PR or Marketing world in the Tri-State area. We will provide product knowledge, sales process and CRM training to the right candidate.


  • Understanding of the ad agency sales process and some experience with traditional advertising and public relations, digital, and social media advertising products preferred.


  • You must be self-motivated sales professional with fierce sales and new business development skills and a strong ability to qualify and close new business. A professional demeanor and excellent presentation & communication skills a must.
