We are a dynamic marketing/advertising firm in Center City seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and full-charge Administrative/Accountant to become a member of our Team.


Candidate must be a self-starter able to work independently and prioritize time sensitive tasks.


Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable – process cash receipts and AR aging reports
  • Accounts Payable – new vendor set up, invoice entry, check processing, 1099s
  • Payroll and Human Resources – process bi-monthly payroll and related data entry functions, handle benefits enrollments, oversee monthly vacation report
  • Monthly Bank Statement and Petty Cash reconciliations
  • Various data entry functions as needed, including monthly Journal Entries, Purchase Order processing

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, and Payroll (will consider a degree in lieu of work experience)
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Knowledge of Excel and ADP Payroll processing
  • Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently as well as in a Team environment
  • Adaptable and Flexible
