Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a program and/or a project: on strategy, on time and on budget

 

Responsibilities:

  • Is knowledgeable about the brand
  • Contributes strategic offering to client business
  • Understands the internal and external process for execution
  • Confirms work is tactically correct and delivered on assignment
  • Is intimately familiar with the client’s product(s), market conditions and competitors
  • Monitors and identifies implications to competitive environment
  • Responsible for supporting Account Director/Group Director’s leadership within department
  • Supervises junior members of the team on specific tasks as defined by senior members.
  • Fosters innovative solutions
  • Builds relationships at appropriate client level
  • Works closely with upper management to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve interdepartmental and account team morale
  • Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances
  • Helps to elevate department’s role in the whole advertising process
  • Develops proactive business building ideas

Qualifications:

  • Must have digital experience
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge and skill in Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Office Suite
  • Team builder
  • Highly organized and creative problem solving skills, and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detailed knowledge of several areas including Direct Mail, DRTV, DR Radio, DR Print advertising, Online advertising, Email marketing, Web Development, including primary and secondary research.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical experience a must
