Account Management

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to join one of the industry’s strongest agency teams, working with a new client on a launch. The Account Supervisor will ensure that our client needs are met strategically and tactically and will monitor and guide the account team’s daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:
Owns and is responsible for managing the daily account work on assigned brand(s), responsible for ensuring that projects are on time, on strategy, and on budget
Regularly serve as client’s main contact with the agency on a day-to-day basis
Responsible for clear, effective client communications and ensuring collaborative partnerships with our clients
Reviews brand and campaign-related work to ensure alignment with key insights and marketing objectives
Facilitates and leads tactical meetings and discussions
Supports new business efforts by contributing to the process and deliverables
Desired Skills and Experience:
HCP and patient experience required
Strong organization and interpersonal skills required
Sound judgement to anticipate and effectively solve challenges
Clear, effective communication skills (verbal and written) internally and externally
Experience presenting information, both verbally and written, to clients and senior management
Proven financial management experience (with client and agency budgets)
Ability to travel on as-needed basis

5+ years of agency account management experience, with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience
Experience working on rare disease and/or oncology brands preferred; launch experience a plus
At least 2 years of supervisory experience with team-building skills and mentoring abilities
Experience developing, producing and leading multi-channel marketing solutions required
