Our ideal candidate for an Account Manager will maintain the balance between client and agency satisfaction, ensuring the effective execution of client objectives. Day-to-day, they will handle a variety of different accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and providing customer service and support for our clients. The position encompasses relationship management, account administration, project tracking duties, research, and handling budgets.

The Account Manager will:

– Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned clients to build and maintain strong relationships with them

– Coordinate internal and external resources with our Operations Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

– Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives (both over-arching and specific) to internal and external stakeholders

– Collaborate with internal team to generate marketing ideas for growth opportunities with existing clients

– Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the internal team to market the firm’s practices

The ideal candidate will possess:

– At least 3 years of account management and agency experience

– Excellent verbal and written communications skills

– A creative approach to problem-solving

– Highly developed teamwork skills

– Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail

– Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

– Organized and detail-oriented

– A demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company

– BA/BS degree or equivalent
