Account Executive

Account Management


We are searching for an account executive to guide the daily activities of one or more of the agency’s brands. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel marketing activities from conception to completion.



·         Partner with project management to coordinate all digital and print deliverables on behalf of assigned brand(s)

  • Be as familiar with the scientific background, competition, market challenges, marketing plan, tactical elements, brand strategy, product positioning, product history, media, convention opportunities, and research initiatives as the Product Manager
  • Meet with client on a regular basis to ensure promotional needs and tactical programs are being implemented
  • Support team in presenting plans, ideas, and concepts to client in a logical and persuasive manner
  • Review all jobs for consistency with brand strategy and client direction
  • Inform agency and client of any changes in agreed-upon direction, timelines, cost, etc.
  • Provide clear and complete direction on all projects, lead team meetings
  • With supervisor and project management, monitor job costs vs. estimates



  • BA/BS degree, with coursework emphasis in communications, advertising, or science
  • 2-4+ years account management experience, with at least 1-2 years pharmaceutical agency experience
  • Digital and print marketing experience
  • Project management skills
