Account Management

Vivo Agency is looking for an AE to join the team. The AE works directly with the agency account teams and supporting departments across all channels to ensure all Client and new business work is delivered on time and on budget.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understanding of project objectives and scope, including budgetary and resource considerations
• Communicate project objectives and success criteria across key team members in a clear and concise manner
• Build out a project road map from inception through completion and account for financial tracking
• Lead internal status meetings and key touchpoints to keep team focused and on-track
• Ensure that kick-off meetings are held for all projects and that projects move forward according to schedule and within budget
• Manage multiple-project workflow and collaborate to prioritize according to client business needs and budget

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge and expertise managing integrated communications deliverables including videos, websites, mobile apps, social media initiatives, as well as collateral materials
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, web technologies, web development processes, and the delivery of usable technology solutions
• Comfortable with project planning tools such as MS Project (or similar) and concepts such as task dependencies, Gantt charts and other common concepts
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Must enjoy engaging with team members to understand and solve challenges
• 1-3 years’ experience in an advertising/digital agency, project or account management capacity
• Healthcare agency experience desired
• BA/BS in marketing/communications
