3/4 time Professor of Advertising-Creative

The Department of Public Relations/Advertising at Rowan University invites applications for a one-year ¾-time faculty member with a focus on advertising creative courses to begin in Fall 2019.
We seek candidates with a strong academic and/or professional background in advertising creative, demonstrated experience with online media and digital platforms, and a record of successful teaching.
Teaching responsibilities could include undergraduate courses in ad copywriting, integrated marketing comm., advertising strategies and introduction to advertising.
In addition, the candidate will be expected to contribute to the department and university through service, including participation on committees, curriculum development, and campus events.
Master’s degree in public relations/advertising or strategic communication preferred. Experience in teaching and curriculum development at a college or university preferred.
