Tri-State Toyota Dealers Donate $30,000 to Toyota Philly Ad Club Scholarships
The Tri-State Toyota Dealers are proud to announce that they are participating for the seventh straight year in supporting the Philly Ad Club Scholarship Program through the Philly Ad Club Educational Foundation, a non-profit, 501c3 organization.
Each year the Philly Ad Club Educational Foundation provides scholarships to students selected from candidates nominated by their colleges or universities. In order to provide a candidate, the college or university must be an Academic Member of the Philly Ad Club. The winning student nominees are selected according to academics, extra circular activities, communications skills, and enthusiasm demonstrated during in-person interviews. A panel of four judges conducts the interviews and scores each candidate on these criteria and the scholarships are awarded to the students with the highest scores.
“It is particularly exciting to recognize the long-term partnership of the Tri-State Toyota Dealers and the Philly Ad Club and to award meaningful scholarships to outstanding students from colleges that are actively involved as members of our organization,” said Ginger Kochmer, President, Philly Ad Club Board of Governors.
This collaborative effort for the Toyota Philly Ad Club Scholarship is an ongoing partnership the Philly Ad Club has with the Tri-State Toyota Dealers to award deserving scholars for their enthusiasm towards learning and demonstration of academics and extra circular activities.
“The Tri-State Toyota Dealers are pleased to join forces with the Philly Ad Club and local media outlets to support our students in the Delaware Valley,” said Paul Muller, President of the Tri-State Toyota Dealers Association.
“Toyota is dedicated to enabling mobility which includes helping students get to where they want to be with their long-term goals – which could mean, economically, socially, and ambitiously,” said Paul Muller. “We’re honored to support this initiative and to help remove some of the financial burdens that interfere with students from achieving their goals in academics.”
The Tri-State Toyota Dealers and the Philly Ad Club know it is always important to help college students in their pursuit of a higher education. The Philly Ad Club is very thankful to the Tri-State Toyota Dealers for their generosity. Our now seven years of partnering on this important program is testimony to our mutual respect for each other’s organization, as well as a sound understanding of the importance of assisting with the education of the future of our respective industries.
